Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of PPEANUT (the “Mall”) and users in connection with the online shopping services provided by the Mall.
Article 2 (Definitions)
“User” means any member or guest who uses the Mall. “Member” means a user who registers an account, and “guest” means a user who uses the services without registering.
Article 3 (Notice and Changes)
The Mall displays these Terms and legally required business information where users can easily review them. The Mall may amend the Terms within the limits of applicable law. Changes are announced at least 7 days before taking effect, or 30 days before if materially unfavorable to users.
Article 4 (Services)
The Mall provides product information, order placement, payment, delivery, and customer support. Services may be changed or suspended due to stock, technical, operational, disaster, or other unavoidable circumstances, with notice where reasonably possible.
Article 5 (Registration and Accounts)
A user applies for membership by submitting accurate information and accepting the required terms and privacy notice. The Mall may reject or restrict accounts involving false or stolen information, unlawful conduct, or material interference with the service. Members are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and updating their information.
Article 6 (Withdrawal and Restriction)
Members may request account deletion at any time. The Mall may restrict or terminate membership after notice for violations of law or these Terms. Existing orders and records that must be retained by law remain unaffected.
Article 7 (Orders and Payment)
Users place orders by selecting products, providing order and delivery information, choosing payment, and confirming the order. A purchase contract is formed when the Mall accepts the order. The Mall may cancel or hold an order for stock shortages, obvious pricing or information errors, failed payment, or reasonably suspected fraud, and will notify the user.
Article 8 (Delivery and Refunds)
Delivery times and charges follow the product page or checkout notice. If supply becomes impossible for reasons attributable to the Mall, the Mall will notify the user and refund payments in accordance with applicable law.
Article 9 (Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges)
Users may cancel or return eligible purchases within 7 days after receiving the contract notice or product, subject to applicable law. Returns may be limited where the product was damaged by the user, materially lost value through use or time, or another statutory exception applies. The user bears change-of-mind return costs; the Mall bears costs for defects or nonconforming delivery.
Article 10 (Privacy)
The Mall processes only personal information necessary to provide the service and complies with applicable privacy law. Details on purposes, data categories, retention, sharing, and processors are provided in the Privacy Policy and consent notices. Marketing messages are sent only with required consent.
Article 11 (User Conduct and Intellectual Property)
Users must not submit false information, misuse another person’s identity, interfere with service operation, make fraudulent payments, distribute malicious code, or infringe intellectual property. Content created by the Mall belongs to the Mall or its lawful owner and may not be commercially copied or distributed without permission.
Article 12 (Liability and Disputes)
Liability may be limited for events outside the Mall’s reasonable control or losses caused by the user. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Korean law governs to the extent permitted, and jurisdiction follows applicable procedural law. Users may also use an authorized consumer dispute resolution body.
Supplementary Provision
These Terms take effect on August 7, 2026. This translation is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version controls only to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law.
